Ceigie’s Famous MeatLoad

Got a fixin’ for some mixin’s! MmMm Good!


  • 1 lb lean ground hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c milk
  • ½ t salt
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 pieces bread, crumbs or
  • 1 c crushed crackers
  • Ketchup


Combine above ingredients in a large bowl. Mash them together with hands until mixed. Mold goop into a loaf shape and place in a meatload pan. Generously apply ketchup all over the top of the wad of goop. Place meatload in a 350-degree oven for 1 ½ hours. Take out when done and dig in!

Additional Notes:

Goes great with a pound of buttery mash potatoes!
