Egg hurlers beware… this isn’t for the faint stomachs at heart!
- 1 stick Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 1/2 c hashbrowns (frozen) or tator tots
- 3/4 c grated cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
Cook sausage in skillet until desired toastiness.
Combine sausage with hashbrowns, cheese, and eggs in caserole dish.
If the yellow mass of slop doesn’t look eggy enough, add more eggs and likewise if it doesn’t look cheesy enough.
Put into preheated 350-degree oven for one hour, or until it is toasty brown and the eggs have hardened.
Take out of oven and dig in and enjoy!
Big Bird would be proud!
