This map was generated using NBOS's Fractal Mapper - it comes with an excellent set of tile artwork to begin with, and it's a lot better than that Campaign Cartographer crap. :)
If you have a copy of Fractal Mapper, you can download my map source here. It will always be up to date.
It will probably be awhile before I make any changes to the map, as it took a good deal of time to put the full-size map together - but I will continue to add hotspots as I write gazetteer entries.
